Bar Giveaways

Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years and over (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction). Proof of age may be required. Employees of Fleet Street, their families, and affiliated partners are not eligible to participate.

  1. Entry Period
    The giveaways run from Friday 11th to Sunday 20th July. Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

  2. How to Enter
    Please see the details of all giveaways on our social channels.

  3. Winner Selection and Notification
    The winners will be selected at random and notified via either in person or via direct message on the relevant social media channel. If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.

  4. Prize Redemption
    The prizes must be redeemed within 1 week of winning. The winner must present valid ID and may be required to sign a prize acceptance form.

  5. Publicity
    By entering, participants agree to allow Fleet Street Newcastle to use their name, image, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.

  6. Conduct
    Fleet Street reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of these terms, or engaging in inappropriate behavior.

  7. Limitation of Liability
    Fleet Street is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the giveaway.

  8. Management Reserves the Right
    Management reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value, disqualify entrants, or end the giveaway early for any reason deemed necessary.
